My research involves agrivoltaic and building integrated solar panels. The primary goal is to overcome land scarcity for solar energy production, while mitigating its associated adverse effects. The agrivoltaic project focuses on optimally combining solar energy generation with crop cultivation to co-optimize crop yield and energy production. In the urban application, I focus on mitigating Urban Heat Islands resulting from the installation of building-integrated solar panels, as well as reducing building power consumption.

My broader research interests include environmental fluid mechanics, renewable energy, urban climatology & hydrology, and building energy-saving strategies.
